Surveillance photos show Endwell Dunkin’ Donuts robbery suspect – WBNG-TV


ENDWELL (WBNG) — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an armed robbery at the Dunkin’ Donuts located at 3521 Country Club Road in Endwell.

Deputies say at approximately 9:36 p.m., a man armed with an unknown type silver handgun with a black hand grip, entered the business and immediately confronted an employee in the office of the restaurant.

According to the sheriff’s office, the suspect displayed the handgun to the employee and directed them to open the safe. Officials say the man then emptied the contents of the safe and ran out of the restaurant with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The man was last seen heading east toward Hooper Road.

Authorities say he is approximately 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet tall with an average build, possibly 170 to 200 pounds, was wearing blue jeans, a brown Carhartt jacket with a hood, a camouflage baseball hat with a Chevrolet emblem, grey gloves, brown or tan boots, and a black scarf or neck gaiter around his neck and lower face.

The Broome County Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone who may have information regarding the robbery or the identity of the suspect to contact the Sheriff’s Office tip line at (607) 778-1196 or the Detective Division at (607) 778-2053.

ENDWELL (WBNG) — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office has released more details of the suspect in an armed robbery in Endwell.

Deputies say the person they are searching for is a white man in his 20s or 30s. They say he is a medium build, wearing a tan Carhartt jacket and blue jeans. Authorities say the man was also wearing a mask during the robbery and had a black hand gun.

Sheriff’s deputies say the man stole an undisclosed amount of cash from the Dunkin’.

That’s located at 3521 Country Club Rd.

The Broome County Sheriff’s Office says they are searching for a man who displayed a gun and took money from the Dunkin’.

Authorities say the man was wearing a tan Carhartt jacket.

Deputies told 12 News they were investigating footprints and a K9 Unit is a part of the search.

State Police are also on the scene.
