‘Beads for Doughnuts’: Krispy Kreme to collect beads for doughnuts – WKRG News 5

MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) – Mardi Gras has ended but people know to keep their beads for their chance to turn them in for free doughnuts!

The Krispy Kreme location in Mobile will be doing their Annual “Beads for Doughnuts” drive for the Augusta Evans School. 

The drive begins Monday, March 18th and Tuesday, March 19th from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Bead holders can bring 12 pounds of beads, or more, to receive a dozen(12) free Original Glazed doughnuts.

“Augusta Evans is dedicated to helping student’s ages 6 to 21 with major learning difficulties,” said Chris Brooks, Krispy Kreme franchise partner. “Teachers plan to use the beads to help develop student’s mental and physical skill sin addition to raising money for their schools.”
